I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The following terms and conditions (“DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions”) apply between:

  • DRUID S.A., a company incorporated under Romanian law, headquartered at 14th Blvd. Republicii, Building 33B1, 7th Floor, 23rd Apartment, Ploiesti City, Prahova County, Romania, with its secondary office at Opera Center One Building Office, 1st – 5th Costache Negri Street, 6th Floor, 5th District, Bucharest, Romania, registered at the Trade Register under no. J29/2089/05.11.2020, sole registration code 38909947 (hereinafter referred to as “DRUID”); and
  • Any natural or legal person who accesses and uses DRUID’s Academy Platform.

DRUID’s Academy Platform, and its courses are owned and made available by DRUID and may only be used according to DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions and DRUID’s Privacy Policy (the “Policies”).

Please read carefully the Policies before accessing and/or creating a User Account on DRUID’s Academy Platform.

By accessing and/ or creating a User Account on DRUID’s Academy Platform you agree with the Policies.

If you do not agree with the Policies, please immediately terminate using DRUID’s Academy Platform.

II. DEFINITIONS

“User Account” – the registration/ log-in pages of DRUID’s Academy Platform consisting of multiple fields, such as username, first and last name, e-mail address, password, etc., that allows the User to register/ log-in on DRUID’s Academy Platform;

“Chatbot DRU” - is a virtual assistant made available by DRUID, on DRUID’s Academy Platform, which collects the feedback of Users who have attended DRUID’s Academy courses;

“Commercial Communications” – represents any type of communication (e.g. by e-mail, SMS, Chatbots, etc.), submitted by DRUID, intended to promote, directly or indirectly, DRUID, DRUID’s Academy, DRUID’s Services, DRUID’s Platform, DRUID’s Chatbots, including newsletters, advertising materials or any other similar materials;

“DRUID’s Academy Platform” - is a Learning Management Platform owned by DRUID where you can learn to build intelligent virtual assistants or assess businesses that wish to transform digitally through Conversational AI or where you can learn the sale side of the product, which will help you understand how DRUID Conversational Business Apps fit into growing demand for enterprises automation and where you can also access Business Analysis courses;

“DRUID’s Chatbots” – represents the software program integrated in DRUID Platform that conducts a conversation by auditory or textual methods and behaves as a human conversation partner, which can be used for various practical purposes, including as a way of communicating with clients, and can be used in certain areas of activity (e.g. customer relations, human resources, sales and marketing, management, finance-banking, leasing, insurance, healthcare, retail, education, etc.). DRUID’s Chatbots use language processing systems and can connect with enterprise systems;

“DRUID’s Community Platform” – is a platform managed by DRUID, which allows DRUID’s employees, partners, customers, and any other person who have activated an account on this platform to test for free DRUID’s Platform, build a Chatbot and learn more about conversational AI;

“DRUID Platform” - is a conversational artificial intelligence platform, managed by DRUID, that enables the development, deployment and support of software applications (commonly referred to as “Chatbots”) which can conduct conversations via text and/or voice methods;

“Intellectual Property Rights” - means all intellectual property rights existing anywhere in the world, whether or unregistrable, registered or unregistered, including any application or right to apply for such rights and the rights to apply for and be granted renewals or extension of such rights, as well as the rights to claim priority therefrom, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world, related to DRUID’s Academy Platform, DRUID’s Platform, DRUID’s Chatbots.

These “Intellectual Property Rights” are patents, rights to inventions, copyrights and related rights, trademarks, trade names and domain names, computer software rights, database rights, confidential information, trade secrets, know-how, business name, service marks, passing of rights, unfair competition rights, utility models and design rights, and any other intellectual property rights or rights of a similar nature;

“Licenses” - means the terms and conditions of use of DRUID’s Platform and Chatbots contracted by the Client, as described in the agreement concluded by and between DRUID and the Client and its annexes, consisting of:

(i) the right to use DRUID’s Platform (Platform License); and

(ii) the right to use the contracted Chatbot/Chatbots (Chatbot/s License/s),

for the term set forth in the applicable purchase orders;

“Services” - means the Licensing of DRUID’s Platform and/or of DRUID’s Chatbots contracted by Clients, as well as other services that DRUID or its Partners may perform for the Client and may consist of all activities performed in order to install and grant access to DRUID’s Platform or any of its components in accordance with the detailed technical implementation documentation (“Professional Services”), implementation services, maintenance services, support services, any other services agreed by DRUID with its Clients;

“User” - means an individual or a legal person who accesses and/or who has accessed DRUID’s Academy Platform and/or registers and/or has registered on DRUID’s Academy Platform, who has completed the User Account registration process and/or who is attending and/or has attended DRUID’s Academy courses.

III. REGISTRATION POLICY

You can create a User Account on DRUID’s Academy Platform here, by accepting the Policies.

In order to fully access DRUID’s Academy Platform and enroll in DRUID’s Academy courses, it is necessary to register on DRUID’s Academy Platform by creating an User Account.

Users must be at least 18 years old when opening a User Account.

The User Account is created by filling in the fields marked as mandatory in the registration form on DRUID’s Academy Platform, namely: username, password, e-mail address, first and last name.

After properly filling in the fields marked as mandatory in the registration form, in order to complete the User Account, it is necessary to select the “Create my new account” option and to read and agree with the Policies.

DRUID’s reserves the right to refuse the creation of an User Account if the data provided are not correct, complete and/or valid, such as entering an invalid e-mail address or selecting a password that does not meet the requirements mentioned in the registration form (existence of a number of at least 8 characters, at least one digit, at least one lower case letter, at least one upper case letter, at least one non-alphanumeric character, such as *, -, or #).

You agree to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated data for opening the User Account. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of DRUID’s Academy Platform Terms and Conditions, which may result in deletion of your User Account.

DRUID has no obligation to verify the correctness of the data provided by the User when opening the User Account (e.g. the validity of the e-mail address).

In order to activate the User Account, DRUID will ask you to confirm your registration via e-mail.

After creating your User Account, you can you can log in on DRUID’s Academy Platform.

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by selecting the button „Forgot username or password?”.

All Users are entirely liable for all activities conducted through their User Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of the User name and password of the User Account. We will have no liability for any circumstances arising from an unauthorized use of your User Account, User name or password of your User Account.

If the User Account is created on behalf of another person without his/her consent, as well as in case of any suspected unauthorized use of your User Account, DRUID reserves the right to delete the Users’ Account.

If you have reason to believe that your User Account is no longer secure (e.g. in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your Account) you should promptly change your password and notify DRUID immediately, at the following e-mail address academy@druidai.com.

Users may at any time request the deletion of the User Account by:

(i) Sending an e-mail to DRIUID at academy@druidai.com;

(ii) Written request sent by post, courier or registered directly to the following address: Bucharest, 1st – 5th Costache Negri Street, Opera Center One Building Office, 6th Floor, 5th District, Bucharest Romania.

IV. DRUID’S ACADEMY COURSES

DRUID’s Academy is a learning management platform owned by DRUID, where Users can register and learn how to build intelligent virtual assistants or evaluate companies that want to automate their business through conversational artificial intelligence using DRUID’s Platform.

Currently, the courses available on DRUID’s Academy Platform are free and are hosted on-line, as short video lessons that will guide you through the most important configuration steps of DRUID’s Platform.

Users can register and/or attend one of the following courses offered by DRUID’s Academy Platform, structured on different levels of difficulty:

(i) Conversational AI-Bot Author course (“I Technical Beginner Course, II Technical Intermediate Course, III Technical Advanced Course”);

(ii) Sales Expert Course (“Sales Onboarding Course”);

(iii) Business Analysis Course (“Business Analysis Course”).

On DRUID’s Academy Platform one more technical course is available (“IV Technical Bot Authoring Assignment”), for which it is necessary to meet certain conditions: (a) to have an account on DRUID’s Community Platform, as an employee, partner, client or any other person who created a user account on DRUID’s Community Platform; (b) to have attended and passed the technical courses mentioned at point (i) above; (c) to install on your device the necessary API (“Application Programming Interface”) which can be downloaded from the registration page of Technical Bot Authoring Assignment course.

The video lessons are accompanied by a brief overview and the necessary instructions in order to meet the lessons objective.

On DRUID’s Academy Platform, Users are able to check the completion status of their courses by consulting the Course Completion Status section. This section provides information on learner’s completion status of the course (in progress or completed), as well as other information on their activity (Activity completion) (i.e. the completed lessons and the completion date of the lessons).

Users are able to track their grades by consulting the Grades section on DRUID’s Academy Platform.

Also, on DRUID’s Academy Platform, Users are able to access DRUID’s Academy forum, opened to facilitate the communication with other Users, to exchange opinions or ask questions to other Users or to our specialists about DRUID’s Academy and the courses made available through DRUID’s Academy Platform.

This forum is owned by DRUID and its use implies full acceptance by the User of the Policies.

To set up a topic on DRUID’s Academy forum, it is necessary to fill in the fields marked as mandatory for this purpose, namely the subject and the message.

Optionally, Users are able to subscribe to their on thread and receive alerts when someone replies.

Users also have the option of uploading one or more files and/or images when initiating a topic via forum. When images are attached, they will be displayed at the bottom of the post.

After completed all lessons, passed every quiz, and finished all the hands-on assignments available on DRUID’s Academy Platform Users will receive a certificate of completion generated automatically through DRUID’s Academy Platform, which can be tracked based on its serial number.

1) CONVERSATIONAL AI - BOT AUTHOR COURSE

a) I Technical Beginner Course

I Technical Beginner Course is a course that aims to introduce Users to conversational artificial intelligence. This comprehensive beginner course is tailored to equip learners with the essential skills and knowledge to design and develop effective virtual assistant solutions.

The course includes 11 lessons with a beginner difficulty level and a completion time of 40 minutes. The lessons are short video tutorials in English.

At the end of all 11 lessons, to earn a certificate of completion (Technical Beginner Certificate of Completion), it is necessary to complete a technical assessment quiz (Technical Beginner Quiz). The quiz consists of 12 questions with single-choice and multiple-choice answers. The minimum passing grade is 8.0.

You can re-attempt the quiz unlimited times and you can freely navigate through questions.

The Technical Beginner Certificate of Completion for this course will be generated automatically on DRUID’s Academy Platform after the User have watched all the video lessons and passed the quiz.

The Technical Beginner Certificate of Completion can be tracked based on its serial number.

b) II Technical Intermediate Course

II Technical Intermediate Course is ideal for aspiring software developers keen to branch into AI and virtual assistant solutions and conversational flow development. This intermediate course will help you understand the advanced features of conversational flows, document generation and UiPath integration setup.

Users cannot enroll in Technical Intermediate Course unless they have passed the Technical Beginner Course, described at let. a) above.

The course includes 16 video lessons, in English, with intermediate difficulty level, and a completion time of 2 hours.

At the end of all lessons the User who passed a quiz, to gain a certificate of completion (Technical Intermediate Certificate of Completion), generated automatically through DRUID’s Academy Platform.

c) III Technical Advanced Course

III Technical Advanced Course is a comprehensive course with an advanced level of difficulty. With this course Users could gain expertise to create sophisticated virtual assistants capable of handling complex tasks, data integration and advanced natural language understanding.

This course is ideal for aspiring software developers keen to branch into AI and virtual assistant solutions and conversational flow development.

Users cannot enroll to this course unless they have completed the Technical Beginner Course and Technical Intermediate Course mentioned above.

The course includes 19 video lessons, in English, with an advanced difficulty level, a completion time of 2 hours and 10 minutes.

At the end of all 19 lessons, Users have to pass a quiz to gain a certificate of completion (Advanced Technical Certificate of Completion), generated automatically through DRUID’s Academy Platform.

d) IV Technical Bot Authoring Assignment

IV Technical Bot Authoring Assignment is a course for advanced Users who have completed the following DRUID Academy courses: I Technical Beginner Course, II Technical Intermediate Course and III Technical Advanced Course.

In addition, the User must be a tenant in DRUID’s Community Platform.

Registration for the course is done by clicking the “Enroll me” button at the bottom of the enrolment page on DRUID’s Academy Platform. After this step, the User will receive one or more information by e-mails that he has been enrolled in IV Technical Bot Authoring Assignment.

DRUID reserves the right to refuse registration of Users to this course whenever they do not meet the conditions listed above and/or in DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions, as well as whenever there are objective reasons justifying such refusal. DRUID is under no obligation to respond to your request. In case DRUID does not provide you an answer, will be deemed to have refused your request.

The course consists in preparing a project, starting from a factual situation. The complete list of tasks and other details are available in the Assignment PDF attached to the course.

In order to complete the course, Users must submit the completed project by following the steps below:

  • After you finish your project in DRUID’s Platform, press the “Add submission” button you can find on the course page;
  • A secondary page will appear with a text editor: here, type your newly created DRUID tenant’s name so your dedicated trainer can identify and assess your work.

Users will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the project, following its evaluation and verification by DRUID’s specialists. After your work in DRUID’s Platform has been verified, you will receive a pass or fail answer.

Users have the possibility to check the project submission status by consulting the specific section on DRUID’s Academy Platform.

In case Users pass the test, they can obtain a certificate of graduation.

2) SALES ONBOARDING COURSE

Sales Onboarding Course is ideal for business Users, sales employees, DRUID’s partners, and any Users who wish to become a DRUID sales specialist. On this sales course Users may learn how DRUID combines the incredible capabilities of ChatGPT with the robustness and security of Microsoft Azure to achieve groundbreaking innovations in the world of AI.

To enroll in Sales Onboarding Course you need to send a request to: academy@druidai.com.

DRUID will make every effort to respond to your request within 48 hours, reserving the right to refuse access without stating reasons. DRUID is under no obligation to respond to your request. In case DRUID does not provide you an answer, will be deemed to have refused your request.

The course includes 22 video lessons, in English, with an intermediate difficulty level and a completion time of 1 hour and 40 minutes.

At the end of all lessons, in order to gain the certificate of completion (DRUID Sales Onboarding Certificate of Graduation) it is necessary to pass a final quiz.

3) BUSINESS ANALYSIS COURSE

The Business Analysis Course is a course with an advanced level of difficulty, designed to provide you with a structured approach to conversational artificial intelligence implementation.

Throughout the course, we will cover various topics essential for your role as a Business Analyst.

Upon completion of Business Analysis Course, Users should be able to:

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of a conversational artificial intelligence project and be well-prepared to excel as a business analyst with DRUID;
  • Understand the challenges of a business analyst and define how to overcome them;
  • Apply best practices in documenting processes proposed for conversational artificial intelligence;
  • Prepare and coordinate a User acceptance testing plan -UAT plan;
  • Provide support in managing changes throughout the entire automation life cycle.

There are no prerequisites to enroll in Business Analysis Course.

The course includes 8 video lessons, in English, with an advanced difficulty level, with a completion time of 3 hours and 10 minutes.

At the end of all lessons, to gain the completion certificate (DRUID Business Analysis Certificate of Completion) it is necessary to pass a final quiz.

V. USE OF CHATBOT DRU


On DRUID’s Academy Platform, Users are able to interact with Chatbot DRU. Chatbot DRU is a virtual assistant made available by DRUID on DRUID’s Academy Platform to collect feedback from Users who have graduated at least one course and who has obtained at least one graduation certificate. User feedback is collected in order to improve the learning process.

Initiating and continuing the conversation with Chatbot DRU constitutes your agreement to comply with the Policies.

DRUID recommends that you do not provide information of a private nature or sensitive data via Chatbot DRU.

DRUID has no responsibility for the information provided by you to Chatbot DRU nor for any errors, defects pertaining to Chatbot DRU.

For further information about the processing of your personal data, and your rights under GDPR please consult DRUID’s Academy Privacy Policy.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Intellectual Property Rights on DRUID’s Platform, DRUID’s Chatbots, DRUID’s Academy Platform are the exclusive property of DRUID.

Intellectual Property Rights are protected by intellectual property laws, in particular by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and neighboring rights, Law no. 84/1998 on trademarks and geographical indications, Law no. 129/1992 on the protection of designs, as well as by European Union legislation and by the applicable international treaties.

Each of the Intellectual Property Rights, whether taken independently or taken together, may not under any circumstances be subject to modification, reproduction, use, distribution, archiving or any other similar action for commercial purposes.

Users of DRUID’s Academy Platform, whether or not they have completed the courses and whether or not they have obtained the graduation certificate, may access these courses, as well as other materials available on DRUID’s Academy Platform solely for the purpose of learning, passing the quiz and obtaining the certificate of completion.

Any commercialization, distribution, modification, archiving, use, reproduction or any other similar action in relation with the courses and materials offered by DRUID’s Academy to Users is prohibited, except in the cases provided by the applicable legislation and DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions.

The User shall not have the right and shall not allow any person to:

  • copy, modify, adapt, translate, install or otherwise create derivative works of DRUID’s Platform, DRUID’s Chatbots, any part of DRUID’s Academy Platform, or any software, services or other technologies of third party vendors or hosting service providers that DRUID or its affiliates engage. No other copy of DRUID’s Academy Platform shall be made, accessed, used other than for the purposes set out in DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions;
  • disassemble, decompile or “unlock”, decode or translate or change in any way or attempt in any way to reconstruct or discover the source code or structure, ideas or underlying algorithms of any Chatbot and/or any component of the DRUID’s Platform and/ or DRUID’s Academy Platform;
  • rent, sell, resell, distribute, lease, assign, distribute, license (without prior DRUID’s consent) sublicense or otherwise transfer or encumber any rights on DRUID’s Platform, on any DRUID’s Chatbots, any material/ documentation available on DRUID’s Academy Platform;
  • access DRUID’s Platform and/or any of DRUID’s Chatbots, DRUID’s Academy Platform, to alter, temper, remove or modify any proprietary notices, legends, captions, title, trademark, patent, copyright notices and/or restricted rights notices or labels on any DRUID’s Chatbots, any components of DRUID’s Platform;
  • use or access the DRUID’s Academy Platform and/ or DRUID’s Platform in a manner that: (i) violates any applicable law; (ii) violates the rights of any third party; (iii) purports to subject DRUID or its affiliates to any other obligations; (iv) may be fraudulent; or (v) is not permitted by DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions;
  • use any DRUID Chatbot and/or DRUID Platform and/ or DRUID Academy Platform to develop, create, test, support and/or market chatbots, platforms or other products or services without DRUID's prior written consent.
  • permit others to access or use any DRUID Chatbots and/or DRUID Platform.

In addition to any other restrictions set forth hereof or applicable law regarding the holder of the right to use a computer program, the User’s right to perform the following operations are not permitted without the prior written DRUID’s consent: reproduce or create permanently or temporarily the DRUID Platform, DRUID’s Chatbots, DRUID’s Academy Platform or any part thereof, in whole or in part, by any means and in any format, including if the reproduction is caused by installing, storing, running or executing, displaying or transmitting computer software on any network and/or translating, adapting, setting and any other transformation performed on DRUID’s Platform or any part thereof, including any DRUID’s Chatbots, in whole or in part, including in respect of source code, and reproducing the result of any such operations.

DRUID shall exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by User relating to any course available on DRUID’s Academy Platform.

DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions do not grant the User any right to use DRUID’s copyrights, trademarks and/or any Intellectual Property Rights, or any other information relating to DRUID's Services, commercial or scientific expertise, including, but not limited to, the source code of DRUID’s Platform and DRUID’s Chatbots. For clarity, the User does not have the right to obtain the source code of DRUID’s Platform or DRUID’s Chatbots and will not take any action intended to or resulting in accessing it.

If DRUID’s expresses its explicit, previously and written consent, under the terms hereof, to the use of one or more Intellectual Property Rights, the right of use is subject of the conditions established by the applicable legislation and of the agreement concluded with DRUID in this regard. This right extends strictly to the element or elements that are the subject of the Intellectual Property Rights expressly provided in the agreement concluded in written with DRUID, and only for the period of time and territory provided therein.

Chapter VI hereof applies to Users, as defined above, for an unlimited period of time. In case of non-observance of the provisions of Chapter VI hereof, unless otherwise provided by a written agreement concluded with DRUID, Users shall pay DRUID as compensation the amount of at least Eur 200,000 for each such violation. In case of a grater damage suffered by DRUID, DRUID shall be entitled to claim full compensation.

VII. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

DRUID may send you Commercial Communications according to DRUID’s Academy Privacy Policy.

VIII. LIABILITY

By creating and using a User Account, the User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User Account (User name, e-mail address, password). The person who uses the User Account agrees to be bound by the Policies. We will have no liability for any circumstances arising from the unauthorized use of a User name, e-mail address, password to access the User Account.

By accessing and/or using DRUID’s Academy Platform, in any way, by clicking on “I accept” button, giving a similar acceptance or consent, completing the registration process, Users expressly accept to be bound by the Policies, and declares that they have read, understand and agree with the Policies, that they have the authority to enter into the Policies, personally or on behalf of the Company they represent and whose behalf the User Account was created, and to bind that Company to Policies.

If you do not agree to be bound by the Policies, you may not access or use DRUID’s Academy Platform.

Please note that the Policies are subject to change on DRUID’s sole discretion at any time. When changes are made, DRUID will make available on DRUID’s Academy Platform, a new copy of the Policies, your continued use of DRUID’s Academy Platform constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Users are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining their equipment and software needed to connect to DRUID’s Academy Platform, including without limitation their operating system and browser software that conform with DRUID’s Academy Platform requirements, in order to access, connect or use DRUID’s Academy Platform.

DRUID will make reasonable efforts to maintain the accessibility of DRUID’s Academy Platform all time but may discontinue some or all of DRUID’s Academy Platform features or services at any time, with or without notice, in order to perform hardware or software maintenance and/ or upgrades or any other problem resolution.

DRUID may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of DRUID’s Academy Platform at any time, including, without limitation, the availability of DRUID’s Academy Platform feature, hours of availability, content, data, or software or equipment needed to access DRUID’s Academy Platform. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or completely to DRUID’s Academy Platform, without notice or liability.

DRUID shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages of any kind as a result of failure or improper functioning of DRUID’s Academy Platform.

DRUID is not liable for any damage caused to User’s devices (computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc.) or for failure of User’s device and/or of User’s internet as a result of accessing or using DRUID’s Academy Platform. DRUID is not liable for damages caused to devices as a result of their infection with malware, following access or use of DRUID’s Academy Platform.

DRUID is not liable for any damages caused as a result of accessing other websites linked to DRUID’s Academy Platform, such websites remaining the sole responsibility of their owners.

DRUID does not guarantee that the information appearing on the DRUID’s Academy Platform and/or on DRUID’s Academy courses are error-free, although DRUID makes every effort to provide up-to-date and accurate information.

DRUID holds no liability for any loss or damage as a result of using the information on DRUID’s Academy Platform.

DRUID holds no liability in the event the certificates of completion will not be issued, will be delayed and/ or if contain errors.

IX. DATA PROTECTION

DRUID processes the personal data of Users of DRUID’s Academy Platform, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural person with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), Law no. 190/2018 on measures for the application of GDPR, Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, as well as in accordance with DRUID’s Academy Privacy Policy and DRUID’s Academy Cookies Policy.

X. COOKIES POLICY

XI. APPLICABLE LAW. JURISDICTION

DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with DRUID’s Academy Terms and Condition shall be governed by the Romanian law. Any dispute that may arise related to DRUID’s Academy Platform Terms and Conditions shall be brought before the competent court in Romania.

XII. FINAL PROVISIONS

The DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions form an integral part of and are supplemented by:

(i) DRUID’s Terms and Conditions;

(ii) DRUID’s Privacy Policy;

(iii) DRUID’s Academy Privacy Policy;

(iv) DRUID’s Academy Cookies Policy.

In the event any provision of DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions conflicts with the law or if any such provisions are held invalid by a competent court, such provision will be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

The failure of either party to insist upon or enforce strict performance by the other party of any provision of DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions or to exercise any right under DRUID’s Academy Terms and Conditions will not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of such party’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance, rather, the same will be and remain in full force and effect.
